With over 10 years of experience at a high-end oral care brand, Andrew was directly responsible for packaging sourcing, design, logistics, and execution. His team even earned a prestigious Red Dot Design Award—a first for the category. Having sourced packaging globally, Andrew has developed relationships worldwide to help clients bring even their most ambitious ideas to life. Based in Richmond, Virginia, he founded Heron to offer clients a relaible partner for all things packaging.

Native to Guangzhou, China, Vicky spent over 10 years working directly at one of the region's largest and most impressive packaging companies, specializing in tube and carton manufacturing for major American cosmetics brands.
